Yeah, I'm not done drawing Johnny. c:
This was inspired by a disturbing dream I had about him, which I will refrain from describing to you. I've never actually BEEN Johnny in my dreams until this one, I'm usually watching from the sidelines. It was... interesting.
But anyway, it made me think about how towards the end of the Squee series he's talking to that doctor about being a part of a sleep study. And how he hates dreams because they further blur his understanding of the line between reality and non-reality. I can imagine that a mind like Johnny's could cook up some pretty freaky shit for him to dream about.
This place is the type of place I imagine he stayed during the duration of this sleep-study: some room on the abandoned wing of the asylum with some crappy old cot. And a poster meant to raise spirits. (:
